Thanks for the response,i really appreciate it and am happy to hear from you that you are ready to proceed with the rentage procedures and am also happy to hear from you that you are willing to take good care of my home for me.i want you to know that am a believer which is why i want to have trust in you and also from the previous email you sent,you sound like trustworthy person and also want you to know that we own the property.The Apartment will be available for 2.5 years due to my transfer but it's ok if you are renting for short period of time.I want you to know that you won't be able to see the Apartment until you've gone through the procedures required which is why i provided you with all the necessary information's you needed to know and lastly,the payment would be made before the keys with the documents would be sent to you through DHL COURIER SERVICE on a Next Day Delivery and also,the payment would be sent to me via WESTERN UNION.so once, you are okay with this,go ahead and fill out the Application form.

In my previous,i said that if you can afford to make 2 months rent before you move-in,you will get 1 month rent for free.so if you are ok with this then the total fee required to pay for move-in will be AUS1,440 but if you cannot afford to make the 2 months rent,it will be no problem.All you to do is for you to make the payment 1 month rent deposit which is AUS720..So let me know which you prefer..

I want you to know that the Tenancy Lease Agreement ( Contract ) will be sent to you as soon as you've agreed and ready to proceed with the rentage procedures so that you can possibly be the rightful occupant of the apartment.

So i want you to go ahead and fill out the Application Form and get back to me with it today immediately so that we would be able to proceed with the Rentage Procedures .
